I wanted to send a note to let you know how great of an experience I had when buying my
new F-150. I worked with Ron Ginger on my purchase and could not have been more pleased with the customer service I received. Ron was great to work with. Every question I had was answered and I never felt any pressure to make the purchase. I am writing to complement your sales consultant Ron Ginger, who last Saturday (January 7) helped me in my search for a new vehicle. I had located the Jeep I had in mind on line, and when I arrived at your lot, I met Mr. Ginger, who immediately recognized the vehicle I was interested in by way of the briefest description. He was able to make things happen very quickly. I never expected it, but in a matter of hours, I had purchased a new vehicle that I was quite happy about. Ron smoothed the way, answered all my questions, rode with me to my home in Newport to pick up the vehicle I intended to trade, and by days' end the loan had been arranged through Wells Fargo. I just wanted to drop you a quick note about one of your salespeople--Terrence Monroe. Our family (my mom Sharon - Dublin, VA) just bought a new Lincoln MKX on Friday. Terrence worked with my mom for the past couple of weeks trying out various cars and working with her very patiently to find what she wanted. He took a lot of time showing her all the features and explaining everything to her. When Amber and I are in need for a new car, I want to know that Terrence will be our first stop. I also wanted you to know that it means a lot to me that we found someone that was trustworthy dealing with my mom. Too often, people take advantage of older people.

I wish all of your Duncan Dealerships would have a salesperson like we did. Roger was a great salesperson and if you would get more salespersons like him. I will not go anywhere else but at Duncan Ford Mazda to buy a car. We have one dealership in Pulaski and I would not go there to buy a car if they was giving them it away. I am trying to say that Duncan Ford Mazda is a great place to buy a car and Mr. Woolwine is the best salesperson that we ever had. I wish there were other salespersons like Mr. Woolwine.
P.S. If I ever need a car or a SUV, I will come down to Duncan Ford Mazda.

I enjoyed working with Amy Hurt very much. I had been in an accident that totaled my Pontiac Grand Am and decided I had better go back to driving a Ford after 3 1/2 years. I told Amy what I was looking for in price and model and she located my Fiesta in a very short time. She is very friendly and helpful and I hope to visit the dealership again on the weekend soon, get my car washed and maybe have lunch with Amy. I have no complaints at all with the purchase of my new car. As a matter of fact, about 3 weeks ago I took a 350 mile trip and got 45 mpg. I plan on taking a trip to Florida in September.
